I'm getting very excited about the amount of weight I've lost!! We spent today out at Six Flags, so I'm sure I've walked at least four miles, but of course, I managed to eat quite a bit of junk too - a piece of fudge, a scoop of ice cream, half a chicken egg roll, a few bites of turkey leg - I'm sure I'll be back up to 190 tomorrow, but I know it's temporary :)
It is so awesome that I did all that walking and went up and down stairs, and my knees don't hurt, and really, other than a little leg soreness, I feel great!
It may be finicky, and oh so fickle, but I love having this band!

Oh Helen honey, you are doing so well its untrue!
Could you give me a sample of your daily food diary... I am having serious trouble eating less, and I just dont know what to do with myself. I am inspired by your loss, and being as we were about the same place back in February, and were banded the same day, its like I should be there with you too... But I am not. Its a totally different journey person to person huh! anyway, I would really apreciate if you could let me know what kind of amounts you can eat... I dont understand cups, being english, so oz's or gramms would be good. I would really appreciate your advice. Sheers
